This Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy is issued by Noctadigital LP, operating Axxx.ai ("Company", "we", "our", or "us").

We are committed to keeping Axxx.ai (the "Website") a safe and lawful environment for all users. This Policy sets out our zero-tolerance position on modern slavery in all its forms — including slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labour, and human trafficking (including sex trafficking) — and on any content or behavior that facilitates, promotes, or depicts it.

All characters, conversations, and media on our platform are AI-generated and do not portray real individuals. We do not allow our Services to be used to create, simulate, or otherwise engage with content that could be understood as glorifying or enabling real-world trafficking or exploitation.

We actively monitor for violations, respond quickly to reports, and cooperate with law enforcement whenever necessary.

1. Zero Tolerance

We prohibit the use of our Services for any content or conduct that may promote, depict, simulate, or facilitate modern slavery, forced or compulsory labour, servitude, human trafficking, or sexual exploitation. This includes, but is not limited to:

• depictions or descriptions of real-world slavery, forced labour, or trafficking scenarios;
• attempts to use the platform for recruitment, grooming, or coercion;
• simulations that romanticize or normalize slavery-, forced-labour-, or trafficking-related behavior.

Any account found to be engaging in or encouraging such activity will be suspended immediately and reported to the appropriate authorities.

2. AI-Generated Content

All interactions on the Website involve AI-generated characters. At the same time, we recognize that users may attempt to prompt or simulate inappropriate scenarios. We apply automated tools and moderation to restrict such behavior and continuously strengthen our safeguards against misuse.

3. Reporting Mechanism

We encourage users to report any content that raises concerns about slavery, forced labour, human trafficking, or exploitation. Reports can be submitted confidentially by emailing support@axxx.ai. We take every report seriously and review it within 7 business days or sooner.

4. Enforcement and Escalation

When we receive a report or identify suspicious behavior:

• we promptly investigate the reported content;
• content that violates this Policy is removed immediately;
• the user account may be suspended or permanently banned;
• where required, we share relevant information with law enforcement or anti-trafficking authorities.

5. Cooperation with Authorities

We cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies, including in response to subpoenas, warrants, and other valid legal requests related to modern slavery or human trafficking investigations.

6. User Accountability

Users are responsible for how they use the platform. Attempting to exploit the AI to simulate illegal, exploitative, or harmful content is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination or legal action.
