Noctadigital LP, doing business as Axxx.ai, wants you to have a positive experience with our platforms, products, and services (the "Services"). 1. Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our Services. If you experience a defect, or receive a service that is significantly different from its description, please contact us within 14 days of the date of purchase at support@axxx.ai. We will review the situation and, at our discretion, may offer a credit, replacement, correction of the service provided, or a refund. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis, and we aim to resolve them within 7 business days.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at support@axxx.ai. Upon cancellation:

your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period;

you will not be charged for any subsequent billing periods after cancellation; and

unused portions of a billing period are generally non-refundable, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

3. Right of Withdrawal (EEA, UK, and Swiss Users)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of the transaction date without giving any reason, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU) and equivalent local laws.

To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision with a clear statement (for example, by email to support@axxx.ai) before the 14-day period expires. Once we receive a valid withdrawal request, we will process your refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we are informed of your decision, using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.

Please note that if you begin using the Services immediately after purchase and expressly consent to the performance of the digital service before the withdrawal period expires, you acknowledge that you may lose your right of withdrawal once the digital content or service has been fully provided.

4. Cryptocurrency Purchases

Because of the volatility of cryptocurrency values and the irreversibility of blockchain transactions, all payments made with cryptocurrency are final and non-refundable, except where prohibited by applicable law. Please review your order carefully before completing a payment with cryptocurrency.

5. Chargebacks

If you have a concern about a charge, we encourage you to contact us at support@axxx.ai before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in suspension of your account pending investigation. We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback that we believe to be fraudulent or unwarranted.
