We explicitly refer to our Content Moderation Policy, which prohibits any content that exploits or endangers minors, including but not limited to child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation, or any form of harm or harassment toward minors, as well as any attempt to generate AI content that would resemble minors or exploit their likeness.

3. Content Moderation

We value the safety, respect, and integrity of all our users. While conversations between users and AI characters are generally confidential, we operate a content moderation filter to ensure compliance with our Terms and Policies, in particular the Content Moderation Policy. If the moderation filter detects content that violates our terms, we reserve the right to manually review the flagged content and take appropriate action, up to and including termination of the user's account. This measure exists to maintain a respectful and secure environment for everyone. We strive to balance privacy with community standards and appreciate your understanding and cooperation in following our guidelines.

4. Content Removal

Any user content that we believe, in our sole discretion, violates these provisions will be removed promptly.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Website for anyone suspected of engaging in the violations described above.
