DMCA Policy

Noctadigital LP respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and applicable copyright laws. This policy describes how we handle copyright infringement notices and how rights holders can contact us.
Axxx.ai and all related websites, platforms, products, and services (collectively, the "Services") are covered by this policy.
1. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe in good faith that material on the Services infringes your copyright, you (or your authorized agent) may send us a written notice including:
a) A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative;
b) Identification of the copyrighted work and sufficient information to locate the allegedly infringing material;
c) Your address, telephone number, and email address;
d) A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
e) A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
2. Our Response to DMCA Notices
Upon receiving a complete notice, we will:
a) Confirm that the submission meets DMCA requirements;
b) Take preliminary action within 1–3 business days, which may include disabling access to the disputed material;
c) Notify the alleged infringer and request an explanation or counter-evidence.
3. Counter-Notification
If you believe a copyright notice was filed against you in error, you may submit a counter-notification. We will notify the claimant and may restore the content after 10–14 days unless the copyright owner initiates legal proceedings before that period ends.
